Can I change my dose?
Yes. Dose adjustments are a normal part of your weight loss treatment. Your prescriber may increase, decrease, or maintain your dose based on your progress, side effects, and clinical needs.
How do I request a change?
- Log in to your account and complete your Wellbeing Questionnaire (WBQ) when prompted.
- In the questionnaire, indicate that you would like a dose adjustment and provide details about your experience.
- Our clinical team will review your request and medical history.
- If approved, your next order will reflect the new dose.
What if my dose needs to go up?
Titration (gradually increasing your dose) is standard for both Mounjaro and Wegovy. Your clinician will follow the recommended titration schedule unless there are medical reasons to adjust.
What if I want to lower my dose?
If you are experiencing side effects, your dose can be reduced. Let us know through the WBQ or contact support directly. Do not adjust the dose yourself without clinical guidance.
How long does it take?
Dose change requests are typically reviewed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a notification once your prescription is updated.
